Trailhead ATV Resort nightly rates

Occupancy

The Farmhouse: prices are based on 6 people. Cost for additional people is $10 per person, per night.

The Simple Livin’ House: prices are based on 6 people. Cost for additional people is $10 per person, per night.

Cabin and cottage prices are based on 4 people. Cost for additional people is $10 per person, per night.

RV site and tent site prices are based on 2 people. Cost for additional people is $5 per person, per night.

No additional charge for children 12 and under.

Minimum stays

2-night minimum on weekends, 3-night minimum on holidays.

Discounts

Only one discount can be applied to any reservation. Promotional discounts cannot be used in combination with group rate or Trailhead ATV Resort value card discount. Trailhead ATV Resort value card or group rates cannot be used in combination with weekly discount rates.

Deposit

All reservations require a deposit in the amount of the first nights stay, due when placing the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Effective immediately all reservations that are canceled more than 21 days prior to arrival date, will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee for all rental types.

Reservations cancelled between 7 and 21 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee for Cabins and a $25 cancellation fee for RV Sites.

Reservation cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will forfeit the full deposit on all rental types.  Date reschedules must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date by phone call to Trailhead ATV Resort.  There will be no charge for the first initial change of dates.  Any subsequent date changes will be subject to our normal cancellation policy.  There will be no changing of dates on reservations with less than 2 weeks prior notice.

Trailhead ATV Resort Savings Card

The Trailhead ATV Resort Savings Card will provide 10% discount on all reservations and Trailhead ATV Resort Logo merchandise. The card is valid for one year from date of purchase and only costs $25.00 for the whole year. Come join our family and receive great discounts.

The Trailhead ATV Resort Savings Card is nontransferable and only valid on reservations made by cardholder named on front of the card. The Card may not be used for reserving multiple campsites/cabins for the same reservation date (only valid on one reservation per stay date). May not be used in conjunction with any other discount or campground special.

The Trailhead ATV Resort Savings Card will be honored at Ashland Resort located in Northfork, WV. The Ashland Resort Savings Card will be honored at Trailhead ATV Resort.

Trailhead ATV Gift Certificates

Trailhead ATV Resort gift certificates can be purchased in any amount. Certificate can be mailed to you or to the recipient. Gift Certificates are great gifts: no wondering about the right size, color or if they already have one. Call us at 276-945-3089 for more details.
